Title: Strathdon Blue Cheese Review
Post by: Brentsbox on September 24, 2010, 10:55:10 AM
I came across an article in the Huffington Post about stinky cheeses.  One, in particular, that really got my attention was the Strathdon Blue.  Has anyone ever made one of these?  The large blue cavities are amazing to me.  By the way, this picture made a great "desktop" photo for me.   You can read the whole article and see more pictures at  The Huffington Post.
