Found this site a few hours ago, been glued to it since. I am in awe of the expertise available, and the camaraderie. Just starting out, I'm sure I'll have more and more questions as I go along, but for now all I can say is it's great to be here.

He's working on making cheese but he's already got me started on roasting my own coffee beans!
