Post by: marblemason1 on October 11, 2010, 10:33:59 AM
  Hello everyone,

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your on-line community!  I'm a raw beginner at cheese making, today will be my first attempt at Mozzarella.  This is something that has always interested me.

Regards,  mm1.

Welcome to the forum. There is great info here.
Mozz is not the easiest cheese but worth mastering.
I'm over here on the Western Slope.

Welcome!   This is great forum - I've been on since June and the amount of information is incredible.   The members are very good on feedback and I know you'll learn alot from this site.  BTW - I'm just outside of Boulder

Thanks for the welcomes!  I'm going for the 30 minute mozzarella recipe first.  I watched a couple of videos and it didn't seem like it was too involved.  I live off of I-25 and 84th Ave. in Thornton.

Welcome marblemason. Never been to Thornton, once went on a 1 week course in Colorado Springs, had a neat park where all the rocks were upright! Have fun with your new hobby!
