Title: Blues and others together
Post by: steffb503 on October 13, 2010, 01:51:51 PM
Can I safely age a blue and say a colby in the same fridge. The colby is waxed.
Can I place one or the other into a closed container?

I age my blues in the same fridge but in a ripening box.
