Just a quick note to say hello and thanks for the amazing amount of information that has been made available on this site. Started my first camembert this morning, used the recipe on the main page and fingers crossed its looking good so far.

sorry for the delay in responding but have had tooth out!!! only other cheese i have made has been mozzarella. I am at day 4 with my cams and so far so good i think.
