Hello, all. I am brand new to cheesemaking, although I've worked quite a bit with its close cousin homebrewing.
I live in the beautiful Pacific NW, and am hoping to be learning more and more about making cheese at home. I have access to all kinds of wonderful local products, so I hope to be making some good stuff soon.
Expect a lot of questions from me, though!
