Title: Mystery Cheese - Pan Frying Buttermilk?

I've lost contact with an ex sister-in-law.  She had a family recipe (either ethiopian or german) made with butter milk fried in a skillet. Any idea what it's called?

Well, it's a little over 2 months now, did you decide it wan't as good as you remember, or did I miss the post somewhere else?
