 :-\can any one help me or share any ideas on the floorplan layout for an ultra small micro dairy

One  floor or two?  The goal is to keep milking as far away from cheesemaking as possible.   Ideally you would milk in one room, pump to a bulk tank in a second room and then pump to a cheese vat in a third.  Not a floor plan I know, but a rule of thumb.  I think some of the universities in the south have floor plans on their extension websites (University of Mississippi?).

This excellent book (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,5334.0.html) has several floor plan layouts.
