Hi,
I'm about to start making hard cheeses, need some advice whther this wine cooler would work as a first cave. I figured once I need another for blues etc, I'd buy one more unit.

I've looked at them and while better than standard fridges as the thermostat goes to correct temp, one problem is often they have shelves built in waves to handle wine bottles. If you search on "Wine Cooler" ou should find some info.
