Does anyone know, about making yogurt? what is the best way? I want to sell drinkable yogurt as well, but always be fresh never have anything like artificial flavoring. Does this work?

I am consulting with a client right now that has finally been authorized to produce and market drinkable yogurt. It is a unique product that crosses the line between a milk product and true yogurt. Here, it gets extra scutiny from the inspectors because of unknown/unproven expiration dates. You need to talk to your state inspector.
