Extreme beginner from northern Indiana!
I have been wine making and beer brewing for several years and have always wanted to try my hand at cheese making, you know, the ole wine+cheese thing. Found this forum searching for cheese making, looks like a great place for info.
I am planning to try my hand at something in the next few weeks, so I apologize upfront for the, if not stupid, ignorant, questions....
As I said I am very new to cheese making and have many questions for getting started. Thanks in advance for any input or advice you can give me.

Recommend read lots and use the search button lots and start by making some fresh (unaged) cheeses as builds experience and you get quick results and you need a minimum of equipment. Cheers!
