Salam Alehkum Abdelhafeiz!

Ana ismi John, congrats you are our first member in Sudan, tamam! So I've just added you to our list and added a Sudan Geographic Board (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/board,86.0.html) in case you want to post any local type info.

Your English is great but there is also an Arabic Board (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/board,201.0.html) although fairly quiet.

Also, I think that you are the first one here making Twisted Cheese which I think is the same thing as Braided or String Cheese. So for others I've just posted some pictures of Braided/String Cheese here (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,5652.0.html).

Are you a hobbyist cheese maker for family and friends or artisan commercial for selling?

Taheyyati, John.

Pavel, good idea so I've just started a new thread on how to make String/Braided Cheese (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,5652.0.html), hope people will post the method there.
