Title: Hi from another in sunny Australia
Post by: dreamboat on December 13, 2010, 05:17:41 AM
Hi,
I live in Brisbane, Australia and after brewing my own beer for several I am now making a sideways shift into making cheese.  Just ordered a cheese kit to allow me to make camembert, cheddar and feta, and have heaps of useful stuff from homebrewing (fridge/temp controllers/big pots etc) which look like they will come in handy.
Already getting plenty of useful information from the site!!

Rob

Howdy Rob welcome, FYI there are Australia Geographic Boards (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/board,86.0.html) if you have any local type posts.

Otherwise dig in, lots of info here, Search Tool helps lots, have fun!
