What a nice Christmas present!
My best selling cheese is featured in the December issue of Southern Living Magazine. :)
Who knew? I milked 7 sheep for 6 weeks in 2005, a hobby was born...
Now, 6 yrs later... I am expecting 200 lambs next month, will milk about 85 ewes for 200 days, and will make 9000 lbs of cheese this coming season.

Merry Christmas from Locust Grove Farm!
Huge wow and congrats on magazine and on your business, 200 lambs & 9000 pounds (4100 kg) of cheese, wow!
Which of your four retailed cheeses (Galloway, Appalachaian Spring, La Mancha, or Cumberland) is your best selling?
Great to have you here, I've just added you to our links (https://cheeseforum.org/articles/links/links-manufacturers/).
Congratulations!
Congratulations, that is so exciting, and inspiring! Thanks for the encouragement.
Your poem "T'was the Night Before a Snow Storm" brought tears to my eyes... It's really sweet and heartwarming.
