Title: Hello from a Quebecois lost in Oregon
Post by: croissant_warrior on December 24, 2010, 06:21:04 AM
Just joined this new world, and my family is having a good laugh on how absorbed I am reading these posts.

Real Newbie at this, but I find so much love in the magic of turning milk into yummy goodness.

Hi croissant, welcome! The amount of info here is amazing and great people also, Search tool helps and there is also a more organized set of Wiki Cheese Making Articles (https://cheeseforum.org/articles/wiki/) that should be of use.

Don't get too lost, Oregon is a big place (& should with Washington actually be part of Canada, at least that's what I was taught in school in Vancouver, but that's another story)!

Hello Croissant Warrior,
I'm in Oregon too (the Eugene area) where are you?  Yeah, my wife gets a kick out of my post reading habits too.  She says I'm looking at Cheese Porn.
