Title: Sailor's Amazing Class This Past Weekend
Post by: susanky on January 18, 2011, 01:18:37 AM
So I had the pleasure of meeting with and learning from Sailor!  What an amazing weekend!  The class was Friday evening and all day Saturday.  I can't even begin to tell you everything I learned.  Oh and the amazing cheeses we sampled!  The ginger stilton was my favorite!  It was heaven!  They were all spectacular.  I am more motivated than ever to make great cheese. Thanks for a great class Sailor!  Here are a few photos.  Next weekend if I have time to get them together I will post a few more.

Edit:  well don't know what happened to the rest of the photos!  I thought I attached 3.  Will work on that later.

Check out the induction cookers.  They really worked great.  The milk heated in no time.  Even when we got busy, weren't paying attention and boiled cream, it didn't burn!

How do you fill a 40 gallon stock pot with milk?  One 5 gallon bag at a time!
