Our Daughter #1 likes homemade yogurt, batch #2 made yesterday half gone, thus need to start next batch using new Salton Brand Model YM-9 Electric Yogurt Making Machine (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,603.0.html) and standard yogurt recipe (https://cheeseforum.org/Recipes/Recipe_Yogurt.htm) but without pre-cooking milk as using already pasteurized milk:
