Hi all!
My dear lovely man gave me a cheese-making kit for Christmas and I love it. So far I've made one batch of halloumi (moderate success), whey ricotta (definite success) and mozzarella (abject failure but at least it tastes okay). My second batch of halloumi is in its hot whey on the stove right now.
