Thanks igmu, loved the Comte wheel turning machine but couldn't see how it "brushed/wiped the cheeses down", (also liked the car on it's side).

i'm glad you enjoyed it. I did too.

the car on the side was hilarious.  I like that they use their hands on the curds to test when its ready.
