Title: Starter Culture, Mother - Expiry Time?

I made some mesophilic culture the other day and because I make cheese daily I don't want to freeze the culture if I don't have to.  I made 2 quarts and I figure I will use those up withen a week.  Will they stay good for that long?  Thanks

They will be fine for a week.

Thanks that helps.  What do you think the max I could keep it in the fridge?
