Has anyone here converted their recipes to metrics.
It seems that using my 100 gram scale and having doses in metrics would make life a lot easier.
Here (http://www.stabb.com/tools/convert.html) is a website that is an easy to use converter for temps, volume, etc.
We need to do more than just convert. Say you use 1/4 teaspoon by volume, what is that by mass in grams?
