attempted my first cheddar yesterday with good results.... I think. Other than a a bit of a weak curd, my end yield was about 4 pounds using 4 gallons of store bought full milk. Any comments would be great!
Looking good so far. Now comes the hard part - waiting for it to age so you can taste it!

How much annatto was used?
hey wayne I actually didn't use any annatto, I prefer my cheddar white!
