Hello everyone.
I've been lurking for a little while and I'm getting so many great ideas, so I thought I would sign up. I've made chevre a couple of times, as well as feta all with fair success. My last attempt was mozzarella and it didn't turn out. But I will try again.
I really want to try making a cheese press and I love all the designs I'm seeing on this forum. I hope to make a press this weekend, but we shall see.
Please keep up those great discussions! And the pictures!

My family and I were on holiday in your great city last Thanksgiving. My wife picked a nice old hotel called Royal Sonesta (http://www.sonesta.com/ROYALNEWORLEANS/) in old French Quarter, little did we know it was right on Bourbon Street :o!
