the Netherlands! My name is Xant and live in the land of cheese. I have a small cheese press at home for years now, but I haven't had a good go at it. I make my own yogurt, labne and Turkish white cheese for years now. Learned how to do that while studying in Turkey. Lately I have been experimenting with all kind of soft cheese and would like to give a go at the hard cheeses.
