Hi all,
Just a word about me, I'm 45,live in Ohio got 5 kids(4 at home 13 and younger). Been making cheese for 8 months, have made 1 farmers cheese,
2 Pepper Jacks, 6 Cheddars. We live in the real Amish country, have used raw milk for 3 chedders and mega-mart milk for the rest.   Jaspar

Welcome Jaspar. You are fotunate to have access to raw milk it true makes a wonderfuly cheese.

Yes we are very lucky, we only pay 2 dollars per gallon, after hearing what some people pay for their raw milk we feel very lucky. We can get up to 20 gallons at a time, I'm going to need a bigger press. LOL

Welcome Jaspar, for 20 USG everything is going to need to get scaled up, that's a bunch of milk!
