Hello,

Just got a ph meter and am eager to try it out.  I haven't really mastered the search functions here because I'm convinced what I'm looking for should be posted already, but I'm not coming across it in my search.

If anyone could provide a recipe for those two cheeses with ph targets and flocculation multipliers, I'd appreciate it.  I'm itching to make a batch tomorrow morning.
