Title: Goat Milk, Raw, Frozen - Using In Making Cheese
Post by: judyp on May 14, 2011, 03:38:43 AM
I was getting something from the freezer and noticed I have lots and lots of last year's frozen milk.  Does anyone know if I can use this milk for hard cheese?   Thanks!

I have made cheese with frozen raw goat milk without any problem. I make sure to let it defrost slowly in my fridge.
