Title: Making formage frais

I am making my first formage frais today and would love some recipe suggestions for using it.

My Mum says Fromage Frais is used on fruit for desert . . . my Dad says as standalone starter for meal :o.

Well I followed the instructions about weighing the final cheese and adding 1% of the weight in salt....too salty. So, I guess I need some savory dish to use it in/on.
