Good idea.

The Westphalia trip is in the Dusseldorf area. We visit:
2 goat cheese makers
2 Edam type cheese makers
1 Nieheimer and Tilsiter cheese maker
and a visit to ASTA-eismann, dairy equipment manufacturer and Finktec, manufacturer of cleaning chemicals.

All cheese makers are also farmers, most run a shop and some a restaurant.

The charge for participation is £175.-, all participants pay there own hotel/food costs and flights to Germany. The £175 covers the organisation, car hire and fuel in Germany.

By the way, we also organise 2 trips in the UK. look further in the event list.
