Does anyone have a recipe for making maasdammer cheese? I want to make some tomorrow, but have no recipe.

I wana make one , should I follow a gouda washed curd recipe,introduce PS and extend the fluc factor to get higher moisture?
I know its advertised as a very fast ripening cheese so traditional  swiss protocol of cool aging,warm room aging,cool aging doesnt really fit.
