Hey Brent
Congrats, this is your first cheese I think? Looks great ;D!
thanks i was pleased with it and it passed the all important taste test
Well done that looks excellent.
So what is next?
thinking about a easy, hard cheese next ;D
That sounds like an oximoron to me :D
LOL ok how about a simple firm cheese ;D ;D
im open to suggestions(re cheese) for a first hard cheese recipe to try ,im going away for a week at the beginning of feb so when i return im ready to get stuck in to it so any idieas.......
I recommend either a Monterey Jack or a Manchego.
i was thinking about a monterey jack, top of list so far
I was going to suggest a monterey too. It is really an easy cheese. So now are you going to flavour it, or leave them plain?
plain i think first that way ill have a reference for future attempts
