Ok I know this is different to what has been posted here for a while, but there are a couple of my last quilts.
The first one was for my father, and because he has been tracking down his heritage for the last couple of years, I decided to keep with that theme and make him an Irish Chain quilt.
The next one is for my daughter who just turned 20. This is a paper pieced quilt, which I learnt equates too, very time consuming.
Enjoy.
Nice work Tea

Those quilts are spectacular! You must have invested many many hours in those.
Well done!!!
Gorgeous! I am sure your daughter must be very appreciative.
Awesome work!!! I do quilt as well, are you from Tennessee??
Outstanding girl! I really love the flower one. The rounded edges make it very interesting.

Wow! this is Awesome!!! (with capital :) )
very nice work Tea. My departed mother -in-law used to do that kind of work. I watched her work on them for hours at a time and often commented to her on her patience and perseverance. She always responded that it was the way she relaxed and kept her hands busy.
