Hi all,

I have spent a lot of money looking for a good cheese press, after trying many of them and being disappointed (from EBay) >:(, I finally got the ONE from www.cabarrusfarms.com (http://www.cabarrusfarms.com) It is great, easy to use, just like the seller described.
I am very happy :)

I also recently bought one of these.
Very well made exactly as described.
I used it to press two 8" Gouda's at the same time.
