Title: Made a spreadable Goat Cheese
Post by: nilo_669 on August 26, 2011, 06:51:14 AM

I am a maker of Buffalo Mozzarella and came across a supplier of Goats milk and tried to make Chevre to impressed my supplier  and turned out to be a Spreadable Goat cheese with garlic and pepper , which has a consistency of Cream cheese. Used an Anglo Nubian Goats milk for its high fat content which i guess did a lot of creaminess on the paste. Next try to adjust my recipe for my Chevre. Here's a photo of the end product.
