  Just found a supplier of Milk from Wagyu Cow , really excited to make a Blu Wagyu , Blu marbling paired with fat marbling Wagyu Steak .... Will keep you posted soon , since 48 Wagyu Cow will give birth in Sept . By Dec ill be posting some picts of the Cheese. Guess ill be making double Cream Wagyu Blue Cheese. BTW ill be posting also pictures of Wagyu of my supplier . I will be having complete Milk for my cheese making . Buffalo, Wagyu, Sheep , Goat and Cows. Cows will use only the cream .

Ayos yan ha. Akala ko meat lang ang ginagamit sa Wagyu. Pwede pala benta yung gatas. Siguro mas kaunti mag produce ng gatas yung breed na yan kumpara sa ibang breed kaya uncommon. Magkano ba yung gatas per litre?
