Title: Lipase powder in blue cheese
Post by: T-Bird on October 06, 2011, 12:24:21 AM
I ordered some lipase powder specifically to make feta with. I saw on the tiny bag that it is also indicated for blue cheese. Anyone tried this? T-Bird

Roquefort (traditionally made from sheeps milk) made from cows milk can be made a bit more authentic by using lipase.
