Sold another cheese press last week. The first frame I welded the top tube came out a little crooked. It's really not noticeable, but I couldn't send it out like that so I made another one. So this press is for sale at a discount. The twist in the tube is very slight, see pictures below, but will not affect anything.

Whats the max PSI on this and how are you monitoring exerted pressure?
The max pressure on the cylinder is 250 PSI. You need a pressure regulator on your compressor and that's how you know what pressure is on the RAM end. You use a chart I provide to convert the PSI out of the compressor or air source to what the RAM pressure is.
