Hi Mateo,
Those two entries are using a heater element. I am guessing that the aquarium heater wouldn't go over 30C or 35C
Mateo,
I built the same setup as those links. I used a 1500 watt water heater element and it raise the temperature 1°F every minute, so I put it on a timed switch and get great temperature control.
Here's the thread where I posted pics: https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,7495.30.html (https://cheeseforum.org/forum/index.php/topic,7495.30.html)
i have to use the element i have , becose not money at the moment for it
yes the aquarim heat i have have until 34º i think i have to top it and `put my sonde termomete inside
and i hope can get that temp, for not have to buy more things ,i hope
If you are not making any cooked curd cheeses, it should be allright. Still on the "low" side of the temperatures though
i got bad result with it. i´m going to change to tipical metod
becose is true , someone told meit from here u can´t get totally warm , even if u move
