Title: Handes Taleggio #3
Post by: Hande on January 15, 2012, 09:52:53 AM
Hi,
I did 2 months ago some Taleggio style cheese.
This time I don't put any linens in washing brine to get that slightly pink rind.
I get last summer very good Taleggio in Veneto Italy and  that inspired to try it again  :)
That last picture is taken in hotel balcony, sorry for that pix quality.
But that cheese was just great, it goes gooey and taste was superb, and look at rind  :)  it's very clean..

Another superb looking cheese Hande.  I must say, you're producing some wonderful soft cheeses.  Nicely done.  A cheese for all your work.

That does look wonderful.  That cheese is begging for a piece of crusty bread.   :P

Thank you guys  :)
I'm happy with that one, before I use linens in wash brine and it goes too strong rind.
It's maybe not pretty rind, but good taste is there   :D
