Title: Milk, Butterfat % - Increasing By Adding Butter

Is it possible to rise fat content of milk using butter? (instead of cream)
I know some commerical producers use vegtable based fats to increase or replace the more expenssive butter fat in mass produced "budget" modified cheeses.
