I am ready to put it into action and need a few more questions answered. Please!
In Boofer's photo of his 4 cheeses being pressed his cheese sits farther away from the back of the press than mine would.
How do I recalculate the amount of weight needed to achieve desired PSI if I move the Fulcrum farther away from the pivot, wall.
I am certain there is a mathematical formula. With a formula I can measure how far from the pivot the center of my 4 molds would need to be and go from there, Right?

I don't understand what you are asking. Are you talking about the 4 molds and their position under the cutting board or are you talking about moving the fulcrum of your press?

If you are placing four hoops under the ram side by side, then the weight applied to each hoop will be  25% of the total amount. The amount of force applied is then spread over the surface area of all your hoops combined. Make sense?

OK keith , that just confused me more.
The press I have has the fulcrum very close to the back. Suitable for only one mold. I want to do four side by side so I need to move the fulcrum foward.
What I really need is the math formula so I know if I move my fulcrum forward 6" how that changes the PSI with a said amount of weight.

In other words my press will give me 75lbs of pressure at the plunger with 10 lbs of weight. The arm is 32" and the fulcrum is at 4".

If I move the fulcrum to 10" away from the back, how long does my arm need to be to achieve the same 75lbs using 10lbs of weight.

I know there is a formula, I remember from high school oh so many years ago.

Hang weight         A             follower    B      fulcrum

Mechanical advantage( MA ) =  (A+B)/B

Weight on follower = MA x Hang weight

OK I think I got it.
Tell me if I am correct.
If my arm is 32" and my plunger is at 10" my MA is 3.2.
I will need16.3lbs to get 75lbs

I get 23.4375 lbs. for 75 lbs. at a 3.2 MA

The distance from the point where you hang the weight to the fulcrum is 32 inches ( the fulcrum is not where the pusher is, it is on the far end).
The distance from the fulcrum to the plunger is 10 inches.
So the MA is 32/10 = 3.2.
If you hang 16.3 lbs of weight on the arm you get 3.2 x 16.3 =52.16 lbs pushing on the follower.
To get 75 lbs of weight on the follower you need 3.2 x  23.4 = 75.

When you are pushing on 4 molds the pusher needs to be exactly in the middle of the board that is on the top of the 4 molds or the weight won't be spread evenly to each mold. Think of what would happen if you had a long 4 inch by 12 inch rectangular mold and you pressed on one end of it.
