I got this cheese press for christmas from my Dad:

So when I use this can do I still need to use cheese cloth to line the mold? Do I need to use a cheese basket anymore? Can I press more than one cheese at a time?

Yes, you will still want to use cheesecloth, at least until the last pressing. Otherwise, you could end up with the cheese "squirting" out around the edges of the press.

I'm not sure what you mean by a cheese basket.
