Title: Sup from Illinois
Post by: beechercreature on March 08, 2012, 08:50:11 PM
I've been brewing beer now for a few years and wanted to get into cheese and charcuterie. The cured meats are pretty straightforward, but cheese is as varied and complicated as beer. I've been lurking for a while and getting really hungry with all the great cheese pics everywhere. Hopefully I'll be crankin out some fine tasting stuff myself before too long.  O0

Welcome BC -

I agree on the competity of cheese and beer and I imagine wine as well. I fould my cheese experince helped alot with brewing and I am sure you will find your brewing will help with cheese making. If you are into curing your sausage cave will be similar to your cheese cave just a slight tweak on the temperatures and your there.

ENjoy!
