Title: How many ice cube cultures per Imp Gall
Post by: woollyuk on March 20, 2012, 09:14:34 AM
Hi, I've been used the direct cultures up to now but I got a little frustrated with dividing up such small amounts so I have made a 1Ltr culture up and put it in my freezer in bags with ice cube size pieces ready to use. The only problem is I'm not sure how much to use in my usual 2 Imp Gall of milk. Any advice?. My Lancashire cheese is drying out nicely by the way.

Thanks. That's 3.2 to 4.8 imp ounces.  :)
