:D I am a new hobbyist Cheesemaker from Coastal Georgia in St. Simons Island. I am interested in making homemade hard and soft-ripened cheeses, and have made a total of 10 so far, and am completely hooked. I average 1 cheese every 2 wks, and my "Cheese Cave" is about to get full from aging cheeses, so I guess Im going to have to start consuming them faster.
