Title: Fridge, Small - 10C/50F OK?
Post by: tal_d1 on April 12, 2012, 10:50:06 AM
I have a small little refrigerator that i want use for aging my cheeses.
it is a regular refrigerator. I put it on the lowest temperature and put a glass of
water over night. At the morning i check the water temperature and it
is 10C/50F. Is it OK to age the cheeses in this temperature or it's must
be higher ? (like 13C/55F)

Different cheeses like different temperatures, but 10 degrees C is a nice middle-ground if you are going to be aging different types. Your Camemberts should be ready in a few weeks!
