Hi all. I just joined the forum and am excited to further my cheese making knowledge and share the experience with y'all. I have been a long time homebrewer of beer, but have recently stopped brewing beer and am taking up cheese making. I am surprised how similar the two crafts are.
I have now made feta, soft goat, gouda and cheddar. So far, so good.
