Title: Help please! Two Hygrometers reading differently in my cheese fridge
Post by: Cheeselove on April 15, 2012, 08:19:53 PM
Hi, I'm a newbie looking for advice.

I bought a wine fridge (Danby 30 bottle). I tried to humidify it using a tray of water, but it wasn't getting above 55%,

Then I bought a humidifier and put that in there.

I have 2 hygrometers. My digital is registering 51% and my regular one (dial version) is registering 82%.

Which one should I trust?

Any advice on reliably humidifying to 80% would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks

I think I answered this elsewhere but I posted the check proceedure in the library.

Cheeselove - it is a good practice not to post the same message in 2 locations on the Forum. That makes it very difficult to follow a thread.
