Hi everyone!
I live in southwest Michigan, very close to the lake. We make wines, garden, forage and love to eat cheese. I'm just starting to make it myself this year - this is my year of finally starting to learn to make cheese. I've done a few chevres and they turned out nicely, so I'm looking forward to branching out. My goal is to eventually get some dairy sheep - all my favorite cheese are sheep cheeses! I haven't found a local source of sheep's milk, so I'll be learning on cow and goat milk.
I'm excited to find this community of cheese-lovers!
