I run a small dairy near Punta del Este, and have been learning how to make the perfect cheese for two years!
We have about 75 goats and prefer making fresh cheeses using raw milk.
I'm looking forward to sharing and gleaning knowledge from other cheese enthusiasts! :)

Welcome Jessie. I have been perfecting a swiss styled cheese from Uruguay - Queso Colonia. My favorite of that style! I would be interested in seeing other cheese from your area.
